Horses will often have dental problems during their lives, and so here at Carmarthen Equine Vets we can undertake both corrective and routine dentistry within the practice, and routine dentistry out in the field. Our equipment includes gags designed for both horses and ponies, and we can also undertake dental procedures on donkeys. Alongside routine rasping, we have specialist equipment to enable us to undertake wolf tooth extraction and molar extractions.
Prevention is better than cure and regular dental checks are beneficial to your horse. We hold dentistry days in the practice for a set fee. Please contact us for further details.
